Organization Committee

Primary Areas of Focus:

• Funding – Develops budgets, fund drives and creates controls of inventories and promotional merchandise

• Public Relations – Promotes positive identity of MSKI through newsletter, speaker’s bureau, media appearances, updates to city and county government, and regular media releases

• Internal Communication – Oversees completion of meeting minutes, committee reports, annual reports and meetings and compiles program’s “Action Plans”

• Volunteer Development – Maintains an educated and enthusiastic volunteer work base through recruitment, orientation and retention programs

Monthly Meeting Time: 1st Thursday of the month, 4:00 P.M.
