Conrad Nagel Film Festival

October 16 & 17, 2020

Born in Keokuk in 1897, Conrad Nagel’s bigger-than-life career spanned film, television, and radio. He was instrumental in establishing the Screen Actors Guild, was a founding member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences, and is the only person to have three stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. To celebrate Nagel’s Keokuk connection, Main Street Keokuk, Inc is hosting the 3rd Annual Conrad Nagel Film Festival October 16th and 17th.

This two-day weekend event will include showings of films, Conrad Nagel Montage, receptions, a red carpet experience, and so much more.

Friday and Saturday evenings will include Champagne Receptions, Red Carpet Experiences, featured drinks, and more.

Saturday Matinee will be a family orientated event with Theatre Style Candy Reception and photo booth following the feature presentation.

More details will be announced soon.

Proceeds from the festival will benefit the Downtown revitalization through Main Street Keokuk.
